I've recently purchased this rear projection television and I'm very impressed unsurprisingly. I've owned a Samsung 40 rear projection previously this, that wasthat's and a superior TV, but nothing as opposed to this JVC bad boy. Some nice features such as a DVI jack for future (some present) digital connections, a center channel input (although I've tried it additionally , the sound is only acceptable, perhaps its my receiver), numerous multiscreen displays including dual tuning for split screen, and even more importantly exceptional display quality. I do believe oahu is the internal line doubler that creates such sharp pictures, or so the maxim goes. The clarity is basically astounding to get a projection TV, and furthermore, the clarity is absolutely not limited to HDTV broadcasts, although , the primary picture on regular cable is amazing , too. After all, many of us really don't spend the vast majority of our TV viewing time accessing HDTV broadcasts and receivers. Albeit a fortunate handful, but for the rest of us this television has excellent display quality around the board. I highly suggest watching the Monsters Inc. dvd that has a player using component connections. The clarity is breathtaking, many picutres truly appear like 3 dimensional. But alternatively of relying solely on reviews, go out to the local electronics store, and look off the web at the television against other manufacturers. And do not take note of large chain store electronics sales employees, they don't know what they're indicating. Happy shopping!
